Registration period for the Scheme
The registration period of the Scheme is from 4 July to 14 August 2021. All eligible persons may register during the period.
Disbursement dates of consumption vouchers
The first consumption vouchers will be disbursed to the first batch of eligible registrants on 1 August. The instalment arrangements for consumption vouchers to be received through different stored value facilities (“SVFs”) are as follows:
AlipayHK, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK

Note: Individual registrants whose registration takes a longer time to process may not receive their first consumption voucher on 1 August or 1 September 2021. Depending on the progress of their cases, the first consumption voucher may only be disbursed on 1 October or 1 November 2021 and the disbursement time of the second consumption voucher will also be postponed accordingly.

Collection deadline of consumption vouchers
AlipayHK, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK
- Consumption voucher will be injected into the registered SVF account automatically on the disbursement date.
Octopus
- Consumption voucher should be collected by tapping the registered Octopus card at designated channels by 30 September 2022 (Note: The Government announced on 26 October 2021 that the deadline for collecting voucher by batches and instalments using Octopus cards has all been extended from three months after the disbursement date to 30 September 2022).
