Support Service for People of Different Races

(Unless otherwise specified, "Consumption Voucher Scheme" or "the Scheme" on this page refers to the 2023 Consumption Voucher Scheme 2nd Instalment.)

We are committed to helping eligible people of different races participate in the Consumption Voucher Scheme by providing them with the necessary support. Information notes on the Scheme in 8 languages (i.e. Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi, Nepali, Punjabi, Tagalog, Thai, Urdu and Vietnamese) explaining the details of the Scheme are provided below.

People of different races having questions about the Scheme may call the interpretation hotlines of Centre for Harmony and Enhancement of Ethnic Minority Residents (CHEER) [Note] as set out below and inform the interpreters that they want to contact the Scheme hotline 18 5000. CHEER will provide necessary assistance and arrange telephone interpretation service.

Note: CHEER is sponsored by the Home Affairs Department to provide accessible interpretation and translation services to people of different races.
