(The following procedures are only applicable to existing registrants: People who have received consumption voucher(s) under 2022 (Phase I) Consumption Voucher Scheme)

(Unless otherwise specified, "Consumption Voucher Scheme" or "the Scheme" mentioned in this page refers to 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme)

  1. Click here to enter the electronic registration portal;
  2. Read "Guidance Notes" and "Declaration and Undertaking of Registrant" and tick the relevant box to indicate acceptance of the terms;
  3. Input Hong Kong Identity Card number and date of issue;
  4. Answer the following security questions related to the Consumption Voucher Scheme registration record for identity authentication after pre-checking [Note 1]:
    1. Last 4 digits of telephone number registered under 2021 Consumption Voucher Scheme;
    2. Stored Value Facility ("SVF") used for receiving consumption vouchers under 2022 (Phase I) Consumption Voucher Scheme; and
    3. The related number of that SVF account.
    (If you cannot answer the above security questions for identity authentication, please skip to steps 8 to 12)
  5. The system will display the registrant's registration record relating to 2021 Consumption Voucher Scheme [Note 2]. The registrant may amend the following information if needed:
    1. English Name;
    2. Chinese Name (Optional);
    3. An SMS-enabled local mobile phone number [Note 3];
    4. SVF Account for receiving consumption vouchers under 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme [Note 4];
  6. Click "Confirm" to submit the amendment application. On screen notification will be displayed to acknowledge receipt of the relevant application and provide a reference number for future enquiry;
  7. Click "Save" or "Print" to keep a copy of the registration information and reference number.

    (The following procedures are only applicable to existing registrants who cannot authenticate their identity by answering security questions)
  8. Select to upload HKPIC/HKIC copy for identity authentication on the webpage of answering security questions;
  9. The system will display an electronic form for the registrant to input the following information:
    1. English Name;
    2. Chinese Name (Optional);
    3. An SMS-enabled local mobile phone number [Note 3];
    4. SVF Account for receiving vouchers under 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme [Note 4]
  10. Upload a HKPIC/HKIC copy by following the on screen instructions;
  11. Click "Confirm" to submit the amendment application. On screen notification will be displayed to acknowledge the receipt of relevant application and provide a reference number for future enquiry;
  12. Click "Save" or "Print" to keep a copy of the registration information and reference number.

Note 1: If a registrant has previously amended the registered contact telephone number and has received the notification on successful amendment, the system will use the latest registration record for identity authentication.

If a registrant has previously amended the SVF account for receiving consumption vouchers through the Scheme Secretariat or Octopus card relink portal and has received the notification on successful amendment, the system will use the latest registration record for identity authentication.

Note 2: If a registrant has previously amended the registered name and/or contact telephone number and has received the notification on successful amendment, the system will display the latest registration record.

If a registrant has previously amended the SVF account for receiving consumption vouchers through the Scheme Secretariat or Octopus card relink portal and has received the notification on successful amendment, the system will display the latest registration record.

Note 3: Please provide an SMS-enabled local mobile number (please note that there is no restriction that contact telephone number can only be registered once) for receiving notifications from the Government or its contractors regarding the Scheme. Otherwise, the Government or its contractors may not be able to timely contact the registrant in processing the application or on other related issues of the Scheme, which may affect the voucher disbursement time.

Note 4: The existing SVF account for receiving consumption vouchers under Phase I of the Scheme will not be amended.
