New Registration – Electronic Registration Portal
(Only applicable to new registrants)
(Unless otherwise specified, "Consumption Voucher Scheme" or "the Scheme" on this page refers to the 2023 Consumption Voucher Scheme 2nd Instalment.)
New registrants may submit electronic registration through the electronic registration portal (click here to enter) in the Scheme website during the registration period (5 to 27 June 2023).
People may use the iAM Smart app or upload a copy of their Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card ("HKPIC")/Hong Kong Identity Card ("HKIC") for identity authentication, and input their registration information. After completing the registration procedure, registrants will normally receive SMS notification on the relevant result after about one to two weeks.
Registrants using their iAM Smart account for identity authentication should submit electronic registration through the iAM Smart App in their mobile device direct. New registrants may also upload a copy of their HKPIC/HKIC for identity authentication. Please click here for the relevant procedures.
