(Unless otherwise specified, "Consumption Voucher Scheme" or "the Scheme" on this page refers to 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme.)
Registration period for 2022 (Phase II) Consumption Voucher Scheme
The registration period of the Scheme is 23 June to 23 July 2022. All eligible persons may change the stored value facility ("SVF") account or other registration records (for existing registrants), or register for the Scheme (for new registrants) during the period.
Disbursement dates of consumption vouchers
In general, all eligible persons will be disbursed with the first consumption voucher on 7 August 2022, the value of which depends on the voucher amount they were disbursed with in Phase I (if applicable). The instalment arrangements for consumption vouchers totalling $5,000 or $10,000 to be received by eligible registrants through different SVFs are as follows:
Eligible registrants who are disbursed with $5,000 consumption vouchers (including both existing and new registrants)

Note: Individual registrants whose case takes a longer time to process may not be disbursed with the first consumption voucher on 7 August 2022. Depending on the progress of their case, the first consumption voucher may only be disbursed on a later date and the disbursement time of the second consumption voucher will also be postponed accordingly.

Collection deadline of consumption vouchers
AlipayHK, BoC Pay, PayMe from HSBC, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK
- Consumption voucher will be deposited into the registered SVF account automatically on the disbursement date.
Octopus
- Registrants should first collect the consumption vouchers by tapping the registered Octopus card/key through designated channels before use. The collection deadline is 30 September 2023.
