Procedures for Electronic Registration with iAM Smart (New and Existing Registrants)

Procedures for registration with iAM Smart for authentication:

1. Register for the iAM Smart mobile app (Please click (https://www.iamsmart.gov.hk) for details of iAM Smart);
2. Use iAM Smart mobile app for authentication, and login the Consumption Voucher Scheme registration system to do electronic registration;
3. Read the “Guidance Notes for the Scheme” as well as the “Declaration and Undertaking of Registrant” and tick the relevant box to accept the terms and conditions;
4. Provide the following registration information:
   1. English name as shown on Hong Kong identity card;
   2. Chinese name (optional);
   3. Hong Kong identity card number;
   4. An SMS-enabled local mobile phone number for receiving notifications from the Government or its contractors regarding the Scheme;
   5. The related number of the stored value facility account for receiving consumption vouchers;
   6. declaration made with regard to the “residing in Hong Kong” requirement;
   
   For registrants who had successfully registered for the Cash Payout Scheme (“CPS”) and received payment/collected cheque before 18 June 2021, the system will display the information in (i) - (iv) based on their registration records under the CPS upon verification of their identity. Otherwise, the system will display the information in (i) – (iii) automatically based on the records of iAM Smart. They need not enter such information again, but may update it (except the Hong Kong identity card number) as necessary;
5. Click “Confirm” to complete registration. An acknowledgement of registration will be shown on the screen and a reference number be provided for record and subsequent enquiries;
6. Click “Save” or “Print” to save or print the registration information and reference number.
