Temporary Service Centres
(not applicable after 27 June 2023)

(Unless otherwise specified, "Consumption Voucher Scheme" or "the Scheme" on this page refers to the 2023 Consumption Voucher Scheme 2nd Instalment.)

Hong Kong Island

The temporary service centres will provide services from 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday) and close on public holidays from 5 to 27 June 2023. To avoid waiting, people can make appointment with the centres in advance by calling the Scheme hotline 18 5000.


Outreach Service
(not applicable after 27 June 2023)

If institutions/organisations, especially those serving people with special needs (including the elderly, physically immobile persons, the disadvantaged, etc.) can gather more than 20 people who need to register or amend their registration records, and provide suitable venue, they can make appointment for the outreach service, and the temporary service centres can deploy staff to assist the relevant people to register or amend their registration records. The institutions/organisations may also reserve service quotas in individual temporary service centres, and arrange the relevant people to visit the service centre to receive service at the reserved time slot. Institutions/organisations may call the Scheme hotline 18 5000 to reserve the outreach service or service quotas.
