However, after 23 July 2022, the centres will only handle applications for review and enquiries. No new registration or application for amendment of registration records will be accepted. To avoid waiting, people can make appointment with the centres in advance by calling the Scheme hotline 18 5000. After 13 August 2022, people may visit the Scheme Secretariat (17/F, Pioneer Centre, 750 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Hong Kong) during office hour if they need assistance.

Outreach Service (not applicable after 23 July 2022)

If institutions/organisations, especially those serving people with special needs (including the elderly, physically immobile persons, the disadvantaged, etc.) can gather more than 20 people who need to register or amend their registration records, and provide suitable venue, they can make appointment for the outreach service, and the temporary service centres can deploy staff to assist the relevant people to register or amend their registration records. The institutions/organisations may also reserve service quotas in individual temporary service centres, and arrange the relevant people to visit the service centre to receive service at the reserved time slot. Institutions/organisations may call the Scheme hotline 18 5000 to reserve the outreach service or service quotas.
