(Unless otherwise specified, "Consumption Voucher Scheme" or "the Scheme" on this page refers to the 2023 Consumption Voucher Scheme 2nd Instalment.)
Registration period
The registration period of the Scheme is 5 to 27 June 2023. All eligible persons may change the stored value facility ("SVF") account or other registration records (for existing registrants), or register for the Scheme (for new registrants) during the period.
Disbursement dates of consumption vouchers
In general, all eligible persons will be disbursed with consumption voucher on 16 July 2023, the value of which depends on the category to which eligible registrants belong and whether they were disbursed with the 1st-instalment voucher on 16 April 2023. For details, please click here. The arrangements for eligible existing and new registrants using different SVFs are as follows:
Existing registrants (i.e. eligible registrants who were disbursed with the 1st-instalment voucher of $3,000 or $1,500 on 16 April)

Collection deadline of consumption vouchers
AlipayHK, BoC Pay, PayMe from HSBC, Tap & Go and WeChat Pay HK
Consumption voucher will be deposited into the registered SVF account automatically on the disbursement date.
Octopus
Registrants should first collect the consumption vouchers by tapping the registered Octopus card/key through designated channels before use. For consumption vouchers disbursed from 16 July 2023 onward, the collection deadline is 30 June 2024.
